本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、MITSUGI WORKS LLC（以下「当社」）が提供するEatLog Cam（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用になる前に、本規約をよくお読みください。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは、AIを活用した食事記録・栄養管理サービスを提供します。主な機能は以下のとおりです：
本アプリは以下のサブスクリプションプランを提供しています：
有料プランは自動更新サブスクリプションです。サブスクリプション期間終了の24時間前に、iTunes Accountに料金が請求されます。現在の期間が終了する少なくとも24時間前にキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
サブスクリプションのキャンセルは、iPhoneの「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」から行えます。
返金については、Appleの返金ポリシーに従います。

本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（テキスト、グラフィック、ロゴ、アイコン、画像、ソフトウェア等）に関する知的財産権は、当社または正当なライセンサーに帰属します。
本アプリが提供する栄養情報は、参考目的のみです。医療上のアドバイスを構成するものではありません。健康に関する重要な決定を行う前に、医療専門家にご相談ください。
AI解析による栄養情報は概算であり、実際の値と異なる場合があります。正確な栄養情報については、食品のパッケージ表示等をご確認ください。
当社は、本アプリのサービスを中断なく提供することを保証しません。メンテナンス、システム障害、その他の理由によりサービスが一時的に利用できない場合があります。
適用法が許す最大限の範囲において、当社は本アプリの使用または使用不能に起因するいかなる損害（直接損害、間接損害、偶発的損害、特別損害、結果的損害または懲罰的損害を含む）についても責任を負いません。
個人情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知します。変更後も本アプリをご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争については、当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy.

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, etc.) belong to us or our licensors.
Nutrition information provided by the App is for reference purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Please consult a healthcare professional before making important health decisions.
Nutrition information from AI analysis is approximate and may differ from actual values. Please refer to product packaging for accurate nutrition information.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, system failures, or other reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages) arising from your use or inability to use the App.

We may update these Terms as needed. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our company’s jurisdiction.
